Place in a small bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>&nbsp;Stir in the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasonings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve immediately or refrigerate. If chilled, return to room temperature before serving.
