(I did not make the croutons) This is from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/giada-de-laurentiis\/caesars-pasta-salad-5308788\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Giada<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For The Croutons:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3&nbsp;cups&nbsp;1\/3-inch-diced day-old bread<\/li><li>2&nbsp;tablespoons&nbsp;olive oil<\/li><li>1\/2&nbsp;cup&nbsp;freshly grated Parmesan<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;kosher salt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For The Dressing:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1&nbsp;cup&nbsp;freshly grated Parmesan<\/li><li>1\/2&nbsp;cup&nbsp;reduced-fat buttermilk<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;reduced-fat Greek yogurt    (I used sour cream &#8211; same amount)  <\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;cup&nbsp;extra-virgin olive oil<\/li><li>1\/2&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;kosher salt<\/li><li>1\/4&nbsp;teaspoon&nbsp;freshly ground black pepper<\/li><li>2&nbsp;cloves&nbsp;garlic&nbsp;smashed and peeled<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For The Salad:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2&nbsp;hearts of romaine lettuce&nbsp;cut into 1\/3-inch pieces<\/li><li>2&nbsp;ears of corn&nbsp;kernels removed<\/li><li>8&nbsp;ounces&nbsp;tricolored fusilli&nbsp;cooked and cooled<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This recipe originally appeared on Giada on the Beach. Episode: Pool Party!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the croutons: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a small rimmed baking sheet, toss the cubed bread with the olive oil, Parmesan and salt. Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the dressing: Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk together the Parmesan, buttermilk, yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Set aside to let the flavors marry for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the salad: Remove the cloves of garlic from the dressing and discard.
