I got this from a chef and go completely by taste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Chicken or shrimp<\/li><li>Heavy Cream<\/li><li>American cheese<\/li><li>Chef Paul Prudhomme Magic (Seafood or Poultry)<\/li><li>Butter<\/li><li>Olive Oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For chicken: pound out thin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liberal coat chicken or shrimp with the Chef Paul Prudhomme Magic Spice.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt butter in pan, add a bit of oil.  Cook the protein a little more then half way thru.  Add heavy cream and wait until it simmers.  DO NOT BOIL.  When it&#8217;s simmering, add 2-3 slices of regular american cheese.  Stur until completely melted.  Add more Chef Paul&#8217;s spice as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve over pasta. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I don&#8217;t have exact amounts.
