I don’t have exact amounts. I got this from a chef and go completely by taste.
- Chicken or shrimp
- Heavy Cream
- American cheese
- Chef Paul Prudhomme Magic (Seafood or Poultry)
- Butter
- Olive Oil
For chicken: pound out thin.
Liberal coat chicken or shrimp with the Chef Paul Prudhomme Magic Spice.
Melt butter in pan, add a bit of oil. Cook the protein a little more then half way thru. Add heavy cream and wait until it simmers. DO NOT BOIL. When it’s simmering, add 2-3 slices of regular american cheese. Stur until completely melted. Add more Chef Paul’s spice as needed.
Serve over pasta.
