- 2 TSP Slap Your Mama
- 1 1/2 TSP Paprika
- 1 TSP Onion Powder
- 1 TSP Adobo
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1/2 TSP Cumin
- 1/2 TSP Oregano
- 1/4 TSP Back Pepper
- 2 TSP Old Bay
- 2 TSP Ground Tomato
Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight container.
For use: 1 – 1 1/2 lbs of ground meat and 3/4 cup of water. Cook until liquid is gone.
