- Paul Prudhomme Poultry spice
- Salt and Pepper
- Chicken Breast
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Garlic
- Heavy Cream
- American Cheese Slices
Slice breasts thin and pound out to 1/4 inch. Very liberally sprinkle the poultry spice, salt and pepper an over chicken, front and back. In a large pan, melt butter and then add oil. When shimmering, add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip chicken, add garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Slowly add heavy cream and stir. When the cream is hot, add 2 slices of american cheese. Stir until melted completely. Taste for seasoning. (Add the poultry seasoning if needed) Serve over pasta.
